RETURN CONDITIONS

Refund policy for NikeFreakz:

 

At NikeFreakz, we believe in customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that our customers receive high-quality products. However, in case you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a reasonable refund policy to make the process smoother for you. 

 

General Conditions:

 

1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. The shoes must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all tags, stickers, and packaging intact.

3. We do not take returns for items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged.

4. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method you used to make the purchase.

5. The cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

 

Exceptions:

 

In the following situations, we will not accept returns or offer refunds:

 

1. Shoes that have been worn or damaged after they were delivered.

2. Shoes that have been altered or modified in any way.

3. Shoes that were purchased during a clearance sale or on discount.

 

Additionally, we reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our sole discretion.

 

We take due care to ensure that products are free from defects or errors before dispatch, however, if you do receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to replace it for you. Simply contact our customer support team within 72 hours of receiving the product, and we will initiate the replacement process at no additional charge.
